Do you even dip?🤔 Parallel dips are often neglected in lieu of Bench Pressing and Shoulder Pressing in most gyms. However, dips are often referred to as the "upper body squat" because of the known effectiveness of dips in many disciplines from powerlifting to bodybuilding and athletic functional training. If you can't do parallel dips just yet, you can always start with box dips or negatives. Remember, don't skip the dip!🏽
