Spartan IG Updates

This gym was started as a passion. All we wanted to do was introduce the country to Calisthenics in a formal setting where we can teach people who are interested to learn how to work out without weights and with the proper progressions. Our values of Respect, Honor, Fearlessness and Excellence never left us from the start and we try to also show those values every training session to every single person who wants to train and be part of our family. Here's a big thank you to everyone who has ever mustered up strength and gave this gym with humble beginnings a try.
