Transformation Tuesday! Reposting from the amazing @linxcess013 Before & After: 6 months of work and consistencyI've always had a hard time to be consistently working out in a gym for years(I've had several sports as a kid but didn't really dedicate my heart to them). There were times that I was able to go on for months but then I get bored and just give up eventually altogether. Don't get me wrong, there are lots of things that could be done in a gym(if you know what to do). But I had neither the knowledge to train myself nor the motivation to go on and learn. After a long time, I've given up on the thought of moving at all(hence the before picture). One day, last year, I had to attend physical therapy for a month to cure an illness incured due to unhealthy lifestyle(sabihin nating kapabayaan na). What I had was muscle strain in the lower back which made me incapable of doing basic movements that involved the lower back(even getting up in the morning or sitting was a struggle and painful). It was hard times but after a month was finally healed. However, I was warned that it is a hazard that could reoccur due to the fact that I sit way too long(because of work) and unhealthy lifestyle(no sports/no workout/nothing at all). That's when I realized things can't stay as they are. I tried several things before arriving to calisthenics but nothing ingrained in my mind and body discipline more than this. Gotta thank @sparta_phfor pushing me and making a warrior out of me(even if not fully yet. I'm still a work in progress). Ito yung sakit na hahanap hanapin at babalik balikan mo because it's fricking worth it. Kudos to my eager coaches(alam niyo na sino kayo) who had the patience to watch over my clumsy journey and sana di magsawa. Love you guys and this community. You guys are the best️! New Year's Resolution? Be more consistent. #CalisthenicsPH#RoadToHariNgBaras #StrengthBuildInProgress#CalisthenicsTraining#ThisIsSpartaPH #spartacalisthenicsacademy
