Our Football Academy aims to promote camaraderie, discipline and passion while learning the different aspects of the beautiful game. We believe that through sports, kids learn lifelong valuable lessons that they can apply in their day to day lives. Since character development is slowly built over time and experience, we believe football should be played at least twice a week.

SPORTSMANSHIP

RESPECT and FAIR PLAY make up the very foundation of a good athlete. Irrespective of age, background, status, SPARTA believes absolutely everyone should have the chance to play, learn, enjoy the beautiful game. In SPARTA, we believe there are no boundaries in learning football, and through emphasizing a holistic approach to sportsmanship, the athlete will naturally respect rules, authority, and fair play. For example, ending each session with high fives and handshakes—no matter who won or lost.

MODULE

The modules are carefully designed for our athletes to master the foundations of all skills needed to play football. These include but are not limited to ball touches, dribbling, passing and shooting. Each enrollment includes assessments by our qualified coaches, and a report card system to assess whether parental and coaching expectations have been met.

MONTHLY FOOTBALL MEET

One of the best ways to gauge progress is through competition. Thus, every last Saturday of the month, we invite other athletes from various football clubs to play against our kids. It’s both fun and engaging for parents and the kids themselves. Likewise, the kids get to meet other kids, and foster friendships at a young age.

REPORT CARD

The report card saystem should align parental expectations from Our Academy standards on a per enrollment basis. By undergoing regular assessments, our athletes are constantly and closely monitored by our Coaches to either build, or fine tune skill levels, depending on where the athlete may be at any given point in time.

TRAINING KIT

Uniformity builds team unity and pride. Therefore, we require all our athletes to wear our official Sparta Football Academy Kit during all training sessions.

TOURNAMENTS

Quarterly SPARTA will be hosting/joining tournaments within or outside the metro.

Sparta Football Academy Summer Modules –  MILO CAMP

In partnership with

Our summer modules happen every April and May of each year. We have chosen to strategically partner up with MILO Philippines, to ensure that the quality and intensity of our camp during these months, are similar to the traditional MILO Summer Sports Camp. Here athletes are sure to get an immersive experience in their chosen sport, away from the UV rays of the sun!

SPARTA gives out drawstring bags with various goodies inside, such as towels, tumblers and MILO sachets, to the athletes, for use during the summer.

SPARTA makes it a goal to improve the quality and efficiency of our summer camps each year, by ensuring the ratio of the athlete to the coaches do not go beyond 5:1. Furthermore, to top off the two months of intensive work, SPARTA hosts our Culmination Day, where we invite at least three teams per age bracket to play against our kids—tournament style! The feel is more of a football festival with dirty ice cream, cupcakes, medals and trophies, without any sun damage!
