Amazing 4 month progress from one of our most consistent members at Sthenos and Kalos class, @ergegutierrez …I want to share my 4 months (August to December) calisthenics progress and body transformation at @sparta_ph after a health condition issue last April 2017. A few months back, I went to the doctor to have a knee check up. My doctor advice me to have a MRI to check my knee & I didn't expect to hear this, but I discovered I had a serious health condition regarding on my kidney. My creatinine, uric acid, cholesterol & blood sugar was high on that time. I realized how unhealthy I really was, so I decided it was time to start taking good care of myself especially my body. I changed my lifestyle – from the food I eat to the physical activities I do – and this is where my journey at Sparta PH started. This was a turning point in my life, and I am proud to say that I am now living a healthy lifestyle and that every day, I become better and better. 100% bodyweight training and good/clean diet with no supplements. Working out at @sparta_ph, 2 classes 5 times a week and getting stronger everyday. This journey has change me a lot physically, mentally and inspired people around me to work for the goal they believe in and proves that any normal person with strong dedication and hardwork can achieve whatever goals they want. If I can do it, you can do it too. Just need to train hard, focus and dedication.There is no shortcut.
